In early July, I requested a consultation and quote for underfloor heating through Gisa's website. A week later, I called them myself because I hadn't heard anything yet. Apparently, my request had been forgotten or left unanswered. It happens. The consultant/technician who arrived at the appointment didn't have enough knowledge to answer our questions immediately. He left after 10 minutes, and the conversation didn't give us the feeling or confidence that we were dealing with a professional company. He promised to get back to us after a week and send us an initial draft quote. It's now been four weeks and I haven't heard from them again. Unfortunately, this wasn't a very good experience with this company.

We made two appointments, canceled the first time the same day, and immediately made an appointment for next week at 8:00 AM. That day, they didn't show up. Update: The scheduler hadn't given him the correct time, which is why things went wrong. The technician was at the office from 6:30 AM. But he arrived at 9:30 AM and helped us out very well. Thank you.

I don't like leaving negative comments online, but I do want to warn you about this company. After the work was completed, I received incorrect invoices with unreasonable hours listed: 8 hours listed compared to a maximum of 2 hours worked. Even when I checked the material costs, the prices were exorbitantly high compared to the hardware store. In short, think twice about doing business with this company.

At the end of January 2022, I contacted Gisa by phone to have two dormers (Ruiter) re-roofed (bitumen). I was told by phone that I needed to fill out a "post a job" form on their website. I did so immediately, and after waiting four weeks, I hadn't heard anything from Gisa. The reason I chose Gisa at the time was because they also specialize in air conditioning systems. I have an outdoor split unit on a dormer window. My job will soon be carried out by another installation company that also specializes in air conditioning systems and roofing.
