After quite a research of talking to few big and small players in the market, I'm glad that I made a good choice of choosing Gijsbers to install my Warmtepomp. They were very professional, on-time & Good value . They could help me choosing the right machine from the available options, by evaluating the capacity required, noise levels and cost effectiveness. They even stepped forward in talking the responsibility of gathering required information and talking to experts in resolving a dispute with my neighbour over a complaint on the noise level of the Warmtepomp. They assisted me in my communication with the Gemeente providing required specs. I'm happy that they suggested me the correct wartmepomp which was very well in the permissible limits. I would certainly recommend Gijsbers . I think there service and willingness to help customers related to conflicts with Warmte makes them stand out of others. I rate them 5 stars

Prima bedrijf!! Vriendelijke mensen aan de telefoon. Ze denken goed mee. Ik hoefde niet lang te wachten voor reparatie. Monteur alles keurig opgeruimd. Heel tevreden.

The installation was fine, but the rest was a mess. Agreements and expectations were interpreted differently than initially anticipated. Not recommended, but if you do business with them, ask for as specific information as possible, including model numbers, to avoid problems later.

We're not customers of Gijsbers, but unfortunately, our neighbors are. They opted for a heat pump. Our neighbor took Mr. Joost Gijsbers' advice. An industrial pump was installed right in front of our window, adjacent to our patio (see photo). This pump is for office and industrial use. We contacted them, and Mr. Gijsbers, who stated he had visited the site beforehand, unfortunately hadn't seen our 8-meter-wide glass wall! Because it's a heavy pump, we're experiencing significant noise pollution from a monotonous humming sound. According to new regulations, this heavy cabinet should never be installed, but Mr. Gijsbers advised us to install it three weeks before the new date of April 1st. If you want to completely disrupt your living environment and cause conflict with your neighbors, have Gijsbers install a heat pump! They can point you in the right direction, so the buyer benefits and the neighbors suffer. This man has no conscience, because of what he does to people. MONEY, MONEY, MONEY is the key, not expert, honest advice. People, prevent this nightmare for your neighbors and stay away from this company.

We weren't yet regular customers at Gijsbers, but when we previously had water damage, they were on-site within a few hours to help us out. Once again, unlike our own installer, they were easily accessible and arrived within a few days to assess the problem. We had already requested a quote for a new one but weren't sure what to do. Visibly broken parts were replaced, but the boiler turned out to be in poor condition. After consulting with the service technician, we requested another alternative quote. This was delivered within half an hour, which led us to decide to purchase a new boiler. The replaced parts were disassembled again. Ultimately, we only paid for the service technician's time and the cost of the new boiler. Ordered on Friday, delivered and professionally installed on Monday. Easily accessible. A (alternative) quote was provided quickly. A knowledgeable service technician who thinks along and provides sound advice. A salesperson who understands that speed is sometimes essential. That, combined with a fair price, is fantastic!

Zeer negatieve ervaring. Onze CV-ketel werkte niet goed, bleef pendelen. Gijsbers is in totaal 5 keer geweest. Telkens verzekerden ze ons dat het probleem was opgelost maar dat bleek steeds weer niet het geval. De 5e keer ontdekten ze dat het stopcontact niet goed was geaard. Vervolgens kregen we een rekening van ruim 1100 euro opgestuurd. Ik heb een beleefde e-mail gestuurd om iets van de prijs af te dingen, maar daarop kreeg ik geen reactie. 2 weken later kreeg ik nog een rekening van ruim 200 euro opgestuurd, die hadden ze over het hoofd gezien. Ik begrijp dat zorgen voor een goede stroomvoorziening mijn verantwoordelijkheid is (ik wist nergens van, de wasmachine en droger werkten perfect), maar 5 bezoeken en ruim 1300 euro om dit uit te vinden? Ik voel me afgezet en met minachting behandeld.
