During a renovation, I had Gielen Installation Technology install a new central heating boiler and air conditioning system. They provided expert advice beforehand, and they discussed the various options. They worked quickly and efficiently. The pipework was also neat and tidy. They also cut the grooves in the wall for the air conditioning pipes. They are very flexible. Because the renovation was done in phases, I was able to discuss with them at short notice when certain work could be carried out. Communication was also excellent. They kept their promises, and if anything came up, they informed me promptly and agreed on when it would be possible. Very satisfied!

Leak in the central heating boiler. A reputable company from Weert came to take a look but did not start the repair themselves, passing it on to Nefit. Nefit was supposed to send someone, but the waiting time was 1 week plus, given the travel distance, that alone would cost a lot of money. I called Gielen, who came 2 days later and was eventually able to quickly locate the complex problem. Unfortunately (after contacting Nefit), a repair was not possible given the cost-benefit analysis. Gielen immediately arranged a new boiler and completed the work relatively quickly and skillfully at a reasonable price. I know who I will call next time.
