In January of this year, we made agreements about restoring the facade of a house, to be carried out in October of this year. The facade had penetrating damp, but this could be resolved with facade restoration and waterproofing. In January, we commissioned this company to restore and waterproof the facade. Now we have the key, and this company is backing out. Apparently, we suddenly missed an appointment and they're not showing up. We now have to spend the winter in this house while the rain soaks through the facade, causing water to run inside along the single-brick facade. The other house has already been sold, and other facade companies don't have time right away either. In short, definitely not recommended. Not very nice; if they had told us they wouldn't do this job, that would have been fine too.

Contact was made via the website. Called back quickly. The order book is full until mid-2024. The conversation was disheartening. They were unwilling to prepare a quotation. Drafting quotations takes time and apparently often does not lead to an agreement because potential customers back out. I was left with a bad feeling after this conversation. They could have simply stated that they are not currently accepting new orders.

Once they had time, the job was completed quickly and neatly, and the workplace was also left very tidy.
