Our building’s exterior work was completed more than two weeks ago, yet the scaffolding is still standing and hasn’t been removed by GRM. It has now been standing unused for 15 days. I contacted GRM by SMS but received no reply. Then I asked through our building management, and I was later told by GRM that “the scaffolding is big and it is not something that can be scheduled overnight, and that removal would happen this week or next." So, there’s still no clear date. "Overnight" GRM said, but today marks the 15th days without work, and it feels enough. From the lack of daylight, my indoor plants are dying and our quality of life has been affected. It’s disappointing that such a simple task seems to be delayed for so long, and even more so that communication has been lacking. I really wouldn't want to write this negative review, because the workers who installed the scaffolding were professional and did a great job, but unfortunately the management side of GRM is a disappointment. I hope this feedback helps them improve coordination and responsiveness in the future.

Unfriendly people, do whatever they want, show up unannounced and refuse to leave at the request of the resident because "you rent this from a landlord so this is not your home."
