Disastrous experience. I would never recommend this company. My landlord works with this company, because I would never have chosen them myself. What a terrible company. It takes a tremendous amount of effort to get in touch with them, to make appointments, and even to get them to honor those appointments or communicate about them. We've been dealing with this for at least four months. I have to constantly call them myself about the status of the order they placed, because they don't respond on their own. It wasn't until two months later, after I followed up again, that I heard that the products had finally arrived. I've been trying to schedule an appointment for a while now, but that's also proving to be a huge challenge. I've called at least twenty times, without exaggeration. Each time, I'm sent from pillar to post, with promises that they'll call me back, but then they never do. You also have to be lucky who you get on the phone with: one person is friendly and polite, the other practically laughs at you. After calling number twenty, I finally managed to schedule an appointment, but I'm not sure. Previous appointments were missed or canceled at the last minute, and they haven't sent any confirmation. I'm curious to see if we'll make any progress this time, but my confidence has completely vanished. In short: absolutely not recommended.

Never do business with this company! What scammers! I had a problem with a door that needed adjusting. They clearly stated that the draft excluder at the bottom of the door also needed replacing. To ensure they brought the right supplies, they sent photos. When the technician arrived, they still didn't have the right supplies. Therefore, they had to come a second time and wanted to charge a call-out fee again. They wanted to agree that if the second appointment could be on a specific day, it wouldn't be necessary. This day didn't work out, so I agreed with them to a new day so they could work under the same conditions. They ended up coming with two people, even though only one was working, and they still charged a call-out fee. The time they charged is also excessive. They supposedly charge by the quarter, but they always charge a minimum of an hour. The first time they were there for 45 minutes, the second time only 20 minutes, and both times they charged an hour. I've paid the first invoice, but for the second, please contact me so we can handle it properly!

Gevelbeheer Nederland, commissioned by Heijmans, installed locks for homes in a new construction project in Flevoland. These locks have been causing problems for residents since the beginning. Neighbors have called this company several times because the locks don't open and/or close easily. Several others are experiencing this problem. Residents have to think too hard about how to open and close the door. This has been going on for months now after completion. Children and elderly people can't even open the door. Some residents can't even lock the door. This company is not recommended; they've done Heijmans a disservice.

Five weeks ago, I placed an order for tilt-and-turn hardware, which was supposed to be delivered within 10 days. I contacted them several times for information about my order. First, the order was ready at the manufacturer in Germany, and it was on its way. Later, it was next to the DPD container. Ultimately, I received no response. They simply said: "We'll look into it and call you back." This never happened. I ended up calling back nine times. If something goes wrong, no problem, just communicate. But this company doesn't honor its promises and therefore agreements.

A very bad company ordered a part, and the wrong one was delivered. That can happen. I contacted Bas Hokse and was told to send photos of the delivery. I duly complied! Bas Hokse hasn't contacted him since, and Facade Management isn't returning any phone calls. Requests for a call are useless. Bas Hokse isn't calling back, and Facade Management isn't responding to emails either. I'm completely fed up and feel ripped off. If there's no response, I'll definitely take further action.
