I contacted Thomas in April of this year about a custom-made floating TV stand. Through his website, I easily scheduled an introductory meeting where my partner and I could discuss our wishes. Thomas quickly picked up on this and got to work on a design. That same week, we received a design by email with a quote based on various materials. Ultimately, we agreed to have the furniture made. It was completed very quickly, and he kept us well-informed along the way. Upon delivery, we opted to paint it ourselves. Thomas sanded and finished the furniture so that it only needed primer and varnish. Once the furniture was finished, he helped us hang it. We are very satisfied with the furniture and his willingness to help wherever needed. This demonstrates professionalism. Besides the professionalism, the communication between us is very pleasant. He is calm and knowledgeable.
