I'm completely dissatisfied with the insulation that was installed. This mess was glued into the cavity wall. It's been there for several years now, and yet I still find it everywhere, both inside and outside. This is by far the worst thing I've ever had done to my house. After much insistence, they put brushes in the cavity wall, but that makes no difference whatsoever. Neighbors are also complaining that they find this supposedly excellent insulation everywhere. This is truly fantastic for the environment. By the way, I had the facade renovated by Renro, Rob's brother. It was done 100% correctly; I have no complaints about that. The reaction is completely absurd. First of all, they never installed glass wool, only brushes. You should assume that when you insulate an old house, they first investigate whether it's even possible. Not that they tell you afterward: "Just remove all the corner tiles so you can seal the top of the cavity wall yourself." Instead of giving such a reaction, I would say: finally solve this properly.

If we could give more stars, we definitely would! We're so happy with the result! We have a completely new house! Our exterior walls have been cleaned, new grout has been added, and the roof tiles have been sealed. They also give honest and sound advice. They honor their agreements, and the staff is professional and works neatly. The scaffolding was taken down, and everything was inspected and cleaned. We would recommend this company to everyone! Don't hesitate, it's truly worth it!

The Gerressen company delivered quality. Exactly as agreed, a neat truck and passenger car were parked in front of the door. The men were very friendly and polite. In just one day, they managed to insulate our entire ground floor. It looks beautiful, and hopefully, the savings will start now.
