I found Gerard through the Passion Profile. Gerard is a coach who truly strives for results. What I especially appreciated is that you can completely set your own pace. As a coachee, you're the focus, and that's reflected in the way he designs the process. There's room to complete assignments in your own way and at a pace that suits you. As a result, the process doesn't feel like something that has to be "finished" within a fixed timeframe. I completed it in three months, but it could easily have been four or five. Gerard is also a relaxed and approachable guy, which makes working with him a pleasure.
