Craftsmanship by Willem Heij and his team! In August 2023, I met Willem for the first time at his tile shop. We were looking for a company to install our bathroom and toilet for our newly built house. The shop in Elst has a wide selection, and much of it is displayed on signs. Our wish: a light and airy bathroom, with large tiles to minimize grout lines. Willem works closely with a local plumbing supplier, who helped with the delivery of the fixtures and created a design drawing. We ultimately decided to award the contract to Heij Kinkelaar. We haven't regretted it for a moment. Even the aftercare is excellent. When we discovered a minor problem, the team was there the next morning to fix it, regardless of whether they were responsible for it themselves. Special thanks to Fabian, who is a true professional! His attention to detail and excellent communication are hallmarks of his approach.
