After 4 years with AC installed at home by GasWacht, including a re-installation due to home improvements and then an external unit replacement (with warranty) due to malfunction, I am very satisfied with the service received. It took a bit to get the appointments scheduled and find the right solution (therefore the 4 stars) but they have always been there to help and assist me, and never dodged a question or claim from my part. I will comeback if I need it in the future.

The distributor for our underfloor heating was broken. We contacted them and had a very pleasant conversation with a very helpful and friendly Mr. Verweij. Afterward, they visited us and gave us a very reasonable quote. Another company wasn't willing to do the job (the distributor is one floor below the heating system), but that wasn't a problem for Gaswacht. They had an incredibly friendly and knowledgeable technician who did a perfect job and even took a few extra minutes to check a broken radiator. Three questions, two knocks, and he was working again! After a year, everything is still working perfectly, so we're very satisfied. Highly recommended!

I had signed a service contract when I bought a new boiler. They come by every year. There was a loud humming noise coming from the boiler. I called Gaswacht. They sent a technician. He increased the pump speed to significantly reduce the humming. Excellent. 2 minutes of work. Then I received a hefty bill for €124. I called Gaswacht. Yes, no, that's not covered by the maintenance contract. I asked why I hadn't been notified beforehand. Well, I should have known. That's how you keep customers. I immediately canceled my contract. Very disappointed. I'd been paying for years.

Warning! Incredibly high hourly rate!! For the replacement of my thermostat box (disconnecting and reconnecting one plug), I had to pay not only the call-out fee of over €70, but also another €88!!! for 25 minutes of work. The new thermostat also had a price tag of €339. What a ridiculous hourly rate! A brain surgeon earns less. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

After two sweltering summers in a row, we decided to invest in comfort. We contacted several air conditioning suppliers to see what they could do for us. The visit from Mr. Verweij of Gaswacht Arnhem was very pleasant. During the home visit, he took the time to measure the five rooms and determine which air conditioning systems would best suit our needs. We ultimately received a quote for three outdoor units and a total of five indoor units from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. All in all, a substantial investment and not the cheapest of the various offers. However, it was the only offer where the story, the explanation, and the price best matched our needs! In other words, we trusted Gaswacht Arnhem. Over the past few days, the men from Gaswacht Arnhem carried out the installation. They used a cherry picker to reach the roof and then entered the house via our stairs. Each unit was installed with passion, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. As a customer, I felt constantly involved in the project, and the various options were discussed beforehand. I was particularly impressed by the joy of working together. A team made up entirely of employees who know their craft and, like a well-oiled machine, complement each other seamlessly. Craftsmanship and humor combined. We highly recommend Gaswacht. Honest advice combined with the right product and price combination. And finally, professionals who know their craft and practice it with passion. In short, this is the writing of a more than satisfied customer!
