Very bad customer service! The lady at the phone insisted she does not speak any English while we were explaining that it is a pretty urgent issue and that we had our regular checkups of the boiler with their company. We kept explaining the issue while she was replying only in Dutch. When she finally heard that we wanted to BUY a new thermostat from them, she suddenly switched to English, saying that if we want to benefit from their services and buy a product, then we can talk. In the end she was not able to give us a clear estimation of delivery. It is not the first time we encounter this problem at the phone with them. When they did the appointment for the boiler chekup in the post, the lady at the phone insisted that she does not understand any English and it did not give the opportunity to arrange the appointment to a time convenient for us. I consider this kind of behavior with clients very rude, but also very unprofessional! We will definitely not be their client anymore.

Dissatisfied with the service. Due to incorrectly ordered parts, the technician had to come twice. Furthermore, the quote stipulated that certain work needed to be performed, even though it wasn't possible. This was subsequently invoiced. The receptionist curtly stated that "that's the way it is." All in all, I'm dissatisfied with the service, and I'll be having my maintenance done elsewhere.

Our technicians have been coming to us for years for checkups. When our boiler needed replacing, technician Marcel discovered a gas leak in the pipes. We were very pleased with how they handled the situation, and Irma from customer service was very helpful in scheduling an extra day. A great company, definitely recommended!
