Last Saturday, water leaked from between the tiles on our patio. Glenn de Graaf was fantastic and, after a lot of digging, fixed the leak in the water pipe and neatly sealed the patio.

Super happy with the fast service! Mr. G. de Graaf politely informed us upfront that the emergency service would be more expensive. The leak has now been capped and resolved! G. de Graaf himself politely offered to replace the entire section during regular business hours. We scheduled an appointment for this, and we're pleased that G. de Graaf is working with us to keep costs as low as possible.

After sending several emails and calling multiple times, the agreed-upon quote for the installation of a hot water line was not kept. After promising to contact them twice, they never responded. Since I trusted someone would come by, I took this into account in my scheduling. It didn't cause any major problems, but it was very annoying. Therefore, in terms of reliability and meeting agreements, this company is definitely not the best choice. For the record, I have my phone on 24/7 due to my work, and when there's no service, it's forwarded. I also don't have a spam filter, and I check my email and spam folder several times a day.
