Extremely disappointed with Frisia's handling of our mortgage application. From the start, they were completely unprepared to handle our case, yet they still took it on without assessing their own abilities. Communication was practically non-existent—they acted as middlemen without facilitating any actual understanding between us and the bank. Instead of helping us navigate the process, they simply left us hanging and then said sorry when they couldn't deliver. This whole experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. I would NOT recommend Frisia for mortgage services to anyone.

I've been a very satisfied customer for many years. They're very proactive and proactive in finding the most cost-effective options. Due to my own negligence, I kept a vehicle on my policy for too long, but thanks to their persistence, I was able to get a retroactive refund for the overpaid policy. Hats off!

Poor, incomplete advice. Mistakes were made during the mortgage application, which caused the process to take an unnecessarily long time. After filing a complaint, I was invited for a meeting, where I was promised improvements, but unfortunately, that didn't materialize. Ultimately, I switched to a different financial advisor.
