Apparently, the Frisia guys think we're still in kindergarten and immediately start complaining to the housing department when they can't reach something, instead of coming to the door like adults and asking if something can be removed. And then, when we complain about this, they go unanswered. It's a real shame.

We were looking for a garden design and landscaping company and came across Frisia in Burgum. We called today, December 28, 2016, at 10:15 AM because their website stated they were open daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (except New Year's Day). After some patience, they answered and told us they were closed until January 7 (or so they said) and couldn't make any appointments. When I said it was a shame because I'd really liked to speak to someone, they replied, "Maybe it's a shame for you, but not for us, because we're off work." They told me to call again after January 7, 2017, or leave a callback request, which I didn't do.
