We had a very nice beginning with Sieste. Perfect project and nice materials. It would be perfect if it's not missing my glass doors for my kitchen. We payed the total amount and the guy has gone with our money. We tried several contacts by phone, email...and Sietse doesn't answer. Now, one month passed and I have a black hole in my kitchen without doors. Update: After 2 months we have now our black doors well done. The doors are really nice and good quality. Thank you for finish our project.

Unfortunately, we haven't heard from Sietse for weeks! He's since received several orders from us, including two kitchens and a beautiful wardrobe. Now, we have a faulty kitchen front. We reported this in April. In September, after some difficult contact, his son came to replace it. It turned out that this front was also damaged, and he said he would order another one. I've tried several times to contact him, but unfortunately, he's not answering or responding to emails or texts. We're now taking other steps! This wouldn't have been necessary if Sietse had simply responded!

We got to know Mr. Van Houten as a jovial and driven man with creative ideas. He did his work with a whistling spirit, and we had a good rapport; our kitchen was beautifully renovated. A few jobs were left for the next visit. He was trusted to do a renovation upstairs in our house as well. That, too, went smoothly and to our satisfaction. The kitchen jobs would be done the next time, as would the remaining jobs upstairs. However, one door had been ordered incorrectly and one door too few. The delivery time was a few weeks. After about six weeks, we contacted our kitchen contractor again, but we heard nothing from him. No response to texts, no response to emails, and he never answered the phone. There was nothing to indicate he didn't want to finish the work at our house. The ordered doors were never delivered, and when we inquired with the relevant hardware store, they turned out to have never been ordered. Because we don't understand what happened, given the good relationship we thought we had with the contractor, we now even look at our renovated kitchen with a different feeling. A huge shame and completely unnecessary. We have no choice but to give it a meager score.
