We ordered our floor's tile from this shop. They have a very wide range of choices. Good quality for a reasonable price.

After buying floor tiles and underfloor heating downstairs here in 2018, we returned to get new tiles for our kitchen wall. Upon entering, we were greeted kindly by a woman who, when I asked where to find kitchen tiles, directed us to the correct department. There, we could leisurely browse the various tiles and ideas and were advised to take some home to try and see if they would match the rest of our interior. Unfortunately, we weren't successful because the tiles they had on offer didn't appeal to us. One idea was quite nice, but it was no longer available. We went home empty-handed. Positive: friendly service, a reasonable tile selection, and a spacious store. Downsides: unfortunately, we weren't offered coffee when we mentioned being a long-time customer, the limited selection, and a wall set that was no longer available. You can find a kitchen here if it suits your taste, hence the four stars (also based on our previous experience).

In the spring of 2024, we received very pleasant and professional help from Sorina in the store. We received helpful advice and were proactive, for example, by offering a batch of stock (cost-saving). Now, in July 2025, our new house is finished, and we are so happy with the thoughtfulness and adjustments in the planning of the work, which always goes differently than planned. Please note: the name of our new address was not yet known in 2024. The materials were delivered to our old address. Fortunately, it was only a 20-minute drive... A learning experience for both parties. The tilers are true craftsmen and very unassuming. They delivered such beautiful floors on three floors, meticulous workmanship; neat, perfectly aligned. And they did it with XXL tiles in this scorching heat! They also provided valuable input on things like the size of the doormat and the transition to the stairs. Their experience is truly impressive with these incredibly hard workers hired by FRAVO. The finishing and cleanup were also done very meticulously. We are more than satisfied with the end result and highly recommend FRAVO tiles.
