We contacted this glazier through Inshared and they replaced a window for us. It's truly outrageous how they did it. The first time, there was a huge amount of black sealant residue on the windows and frames. They came back again to fix it, scraping the paint off the frames in the process. I absolutely advise against hiring these people. The photos speak for themselves! Van Erp's response was: "Good morning, As we just discussed on the phone, we do not consider your complaint valid, so we will not pursue this matter further."
