Unprofessional! Before the house was listed on Funda, I received a message from my real estate agent that Kleine Geer in Haalderen was for sale. I had requested a viewing with Frans Knorth Real Estate Agent, who told me the house would be listed on Funda a week later and that I would be called first. Now, two weeks later, I see that a viewing has already taken place, without me having been notified. A terrible and very unprofessional way to represent the seller's interests.

Great real estate agent, knowledgeable. In my case, I had two full viewing days with interested candidates. I didn't hear a single complaint about spending two whole days in a strange apartment. Communication with Frans and Barbara was excellent. I therefore 100% recommend this real estate agent.

I contacted this real estate agent last week because we were interested in a house at Eikhof 66 in Gendt. We indicated we wanted to view the house, but were only given the option of a viewing on Tuesday. We explained that we both work in vital occupations, and given the unusual circumstances of the coronavirus pandemic, we couldn't get time off work. The agent's assistant said she would discuss alternative viewing options. That afternoon, I received a call saying there was enough interest in the house, so we wouldn't be offered a viewing. The agent refused to adjust his schedule accordingly. Well, in my opinion, that's a bad real estate agent. As an agent, you do your utmost to sell a house for the highest possible return. If I were the seller, I wouldn't be happy with this. But he's just selling the house to the many people who are interested. A very poor real estate agent. Think carefully before doing business with this agent; after all, he doesn't put much effort into selling or achieving the highest return.
