Update: They've already been back six times due to defects. They admit they've never been back to a customer as often as they did to us. Even more frustrating for us! Communication is terrible! They agree on dates and times and then don't show up or they have "another" problem. We've had to take time off work multiple times for nothing. No compensation is possible! If you message them, you get a response after two and a half weeks or none at all. Even when I call with caller ID, they don't answer. They admit the communication is poor, but nothing changes! As a new customer, they're prompt, but as soon as there's a problem, it's unfortunately "annoying." Very happy with the newly installed veranda! Super fast service, they respond quickly, and are almost always available for questions. Thanks for the quick installation.
