Great company! Form-A-Fence installed a new composite deck on our balcony, and we are very happy with the result. This afternoon, I had a new balcony railing installed by Form-a-Fence. The initial process was excellent. I received a quick quote with a competitive price, and two weeks later, the installer, Jeroen, arrived to take measurements and schedule an appointment for about four weeks later. Mathew and Jeroen don't need much information to understand your needs, while other suppliers were full of obstacles and offered only tentative, and incredibly high, prices. The fencing is assembled on-site and delivered to the customer's installation site. Jeroen completed the job this afternoon within two hours, including the removal of the old wooden fence. The finishing was meticulously done; it looks fantastic. Form-a-Fence is a very customer-friendly company that listens to their customers' needs; nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommended!

We should have written this review almost 10 years ago because it was a competitive price, clear communication, and personal contact with Mathew, but initially, you think: "I'll do that later..." And so, almost 10 years later, a cover plate has blown off the fence in a heavy storm. I still had Mathew's number on WhatsApp and asked him in a short message if he remembered us. To make it easier, I included a photo of our patio and fence, which they had installed perfectly for us back then. And asked him to send us one of those cover plates (for a fee, of course). He responded within 10 minutes with the message: "Of course I remember. I'll send you a few for free (!!) so you have spare parts right away." And when they arrived today, I just had to write the review right away to avoid forgetting it again, so that's why... We've been pressure washing plastic patio and fencing every year for almost 10 years, and it still looks perfect, as you can see in the photo! There's only a workshop, and outside, you can see a veranda. Everything is custom-made from plastic. That's why there's no showroom. The possibilities and the process are clearly explained. Everyone can express their wishes and provide measurements, based on which a quote is prepared. Where possible, everything is custom-made on-site, or the preparations are done in the workshop. The material looks very nice.
