After purchasing our house, Fokkema neatly replaced 7 single-pane windows with HR++. Afterwards, it turned out that the battens and an entire frame needed repainting for a nice finish. This work was included for a reasonable additional cost. Communication between accepting the quote and carrying out the work was a bit bumpy, but once the job started, he worked at lightning speed. Friendly, proactive, and a great result!

Extremely satisfied with this craftsman. I have an old house and have had windows replaced with HR++ several times now. Ronald delivers neat work. Like all good tradesmen, he is busy and you have to wait occasionally, but you get first-class work in return. He works neatly and always cleans up properly. The fact that he sometimes interrupts work for someone with a broken window is a plus for him (imagine having a broken window yourself). At the end of the day, Ronald always makes your windows watertight. I will continue working with Ronald in the spring. Highly recommended!

Thorn removed from eye For a year, I'd been staring at a cracked HR++ window. In a row of six identical, sleek window frames, all with Viennese spruce and glazing bars, it was impossible to miss. Because I was afraid that repairing it would never improve the overall appearance, I kept putting it off. Unnecessarily, because Ronald solved it exceptionally well. He responded quickly after requesting a quote and came by immediately to measure and inspect the installation. Received a quick quote and a very reasonable price. After placing the order, he installed them within three weeks. He did arrive almost two hours later than agreed, but he did a great job and took his time. I'm very satisfied.

Ik heb bijna een maand moeten wachten op een ruitje bij de voordeur. Ik heb meteen vooruitbetaald en hij wist dat het spoed had. Ik hoorde echter helemaal niks. Na twee weken gebeld: waar blijft het ruitje? Moest hij navragen bij de fabriek, was soms vertraging. Dat kan, maar laat het dan gewoon even weten. Daarna wederom geen enkele reactie. Na nog eens twee weken zijn voice mail ingesproken en Trustoo gebeld (klantenservice) en een klacht ingediend. Meteen nog diezelfde dag belde hij terug en kon 's middags al het ruitje komen zetten (toeval?). Overigens keurig gedaan, daarover complimenten, maar door mij zo lang in het ongewisse te laten geef ik hem niet meer dan 'matig'.

Draadglas was op voorraad kon qua planning binnen 1 week geplaatst worden. Vervolgens 2 weken niets meer vernomen. Opdracht geannuleerd en daar deed Fokkema dan weer niet heel moeilijk over.
