In early 2024, we had all our window frames and doors replaced by Focus Kozijn. We had a minor issue with the front door, but we made an appointment that couldn't go ahead due to the weather and traffic situation. They kept us informed and immediately scheduled an appointment for two days later. The problem was resolved within 10 minutes. Excellent service and clear communication!

A company with good intentions, but if they're not careful, they'll fail due to their own success. The wait time from the moment you order to actual installation is long (almost a year). You know this upfront, but the fact that it takes over six months after installation for all remaining issues to be addressed is truly unacceptable. Contact is difficult; emails are often only answered after a reminder, and you also have to contact them repeatedly to have the remaining issues addressed. It feels like if you don't take action yourself, nothing gets done. The installers are friendly and generally hard-working. But it's frustrating that they often didn't have everything with them, meaning you have to wait weeks for things like finishing. They came here at least six times before everything was finished as agreed. When it's finished, it's beautiful, but the road to completion was (too) long and often frustrating. I've heard this from friends who also had their window frames installed here. In short: great products, but if you take on more customers than you can help in a reasonable time, you have to ask yourself if this is the right way to do business.

I see I left a review two years ago, but without any explanation. I've added it now. We had all our wooden window frames replaced with uPVC and roller shutters. Everything went perfectly; the quality of the window frames themselves is (much) better than another company that replaced everything for our neighbors. All agreements were honored, and it was a pleasure working with them. We also had a few service requests afterward, which were also handled efficiently, promptly, and effectively. Keep up the good work!
