After repeatedly urging them to update it, we finally decided to switch. Our collaboration used to be excellent, but in recent years it has deteriorated significantly.

Our family has been a customer of Gibo and later Flynth for years. The company has great employees, pleasant to work with and communicate with. Mistakes happen wherever work is done, that's understandable. That's not a problem; it's about how you correct them. Where the director used to work with you to find a solution in a meeting, nowadays, when you file a complaint, the company lawyer is sent after you to try to convince you not to take any further action... A clear example of the saying: every change (merger) doesn't equal progress!
