Such a shame, I had a central heating boiler installed in 2014. Every time I called for maintenance, I was told, "We're busy." It was difficult to schedule an appointment. In the meantime, I contacted Floris Comfort about solar panels, and they replied, "Too busy." Later, I contacted them about a heat pump, and they replied, "Too busy." So, I didn't have Floris Comfort install either. Ultimately, I contacted a different company for maintenance. The boiler wasn't serviced because it wasn't connected according to the 2012 guidelines. That meant a costly joke for me from Floris Comfort. I sent an email about it, but no reply. I feel cheated.

I don't know. You have a hybrid heat pump installed at my neighbor's house, so it heats the water to 35°C, then the boiler takes over. For three years in a row now, I've seen him use more cubic meters than I do. We heat at roughly the same temperature, and yes, with 14 panels, his electricity is minimal or gets €25 bonus, but I don't see it in gas consumption. I'm going to beat him again this year. Since February 23rd, I've been using 300m³ of water, heating the boiler at 45°C. Since September 1st, I've had a regular 220V 120-liter water heater that uses 2.75 kWh in 24-hour periods. I still use 3m³ for cooking per month instead of 10m³ per month just for showering. The water heater is charged in the afternoon, so it doesn't cost me anything in the summer. I have triple glazing on the ground floor, while my neighbor has HR++ with uPVC window frames. I, on the other hand, have a conservatory with a sloped roof. Installed horizontal glass is common here in the Molenwijk district, and French doors are HR++. That's why I'm hesitant about all the wonderful stories. Oh yes, the crawl space on the ground floor of both houses was done by the same company, and no wall insulation is impossible with these bricks. I've insulated my entire roof, including the storage areas. My neighbor hasn't, but his has a suspended ceiling.
