I've never left a review for a real estate agent before. I'd like to emphasize that, as a potential buyer, I've never encountered such a rude and disinterested agent as this one. During a viewing, I received a brief introduction, then the woman simply started working loudly on her phone in the kitchen, leaving the client to figure things out for themselves. When I had questions, I was rudely referred to documents I'd received by email. You're looking for the house, not the agent, but it doesn't have to be such an unpleasant experience. Addition to Flora's response, weeks later: Dear Flora, thank you for your response. I would be very interested in a substantive discussion about my experience. I'm curious about the purpose of this "discussion": your defensive and "if you dare" response doesn't give me the impression that it's going to be very constructive. I understand that a negative review on Google isn't pleasant, but I simply shared my experience truthfully and as politely as possible. A professional response from you would be to ask what the reason is for such a review. Then you would indeed offer a conversation without a hostile "if you dare," and I would certainly accept that.
