I'm incredibly grateful to FHCN. I had a problem with a new heating system combined with a new home automation system (TADO). The company that arranged this (TTK Barendrecht) literally left me out in the cold. I was out 8,000, and after that, I had no expectations. I ended up with FHCN, and they provided me with perhaps the best service I've ever experienced. 1. Within a few days, they came to install a bypass for the underfloor heating at my request. 2. When it turned out that this wasn't enough to solve the problem, the director (Rob van de Merwe) investigated the issue. He delved into TADO and persisted until it was resolved. My compliments! 3. The communication was excellent. Personal, empathetic, and customer-focused. I'm truly impressed.

We switched to a heat pump. We needed a different, more efficient floor distributor for our underfloor heating. We contacted FHCN online. They provided excellent, fast service and explanations. We made an appointment, and the installer installed everything neatly. The floor now heats up better and faster, and the heat pump runs much better. The company is very helpful and resolves the issue properly, unlike our installer. Excellent! Definitely recommended.

Great company. Everything went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly. They are easily accessible, helpful, and proactive in resolving all kinds of problems (even those caused by others). We have a heated floor :-) I definitely recommend this company.
