Flexkozijn offers great customer service with a team of skilled professionals. Chose them because they were most professional, not the cheapest - but glad I did it. They delivered new Schuco HR++ windows with sound isolation of 42dB+ and built complete new walls, along new Keralit panels. Pretty much full service. Despite being 2 hours drive from my house, they were never late for meetings - which is incredible. All technical questions have been answered via email in timely manner, and all tech limitations addressed promptly. House looks great now - people stopping to look at it all the time.

Flexkozijn adviser gave me around 40% higher price offert than other Schuco provider. (I have a proof.) Every seller has the right to on selling price tag. I have no words to say. But it directly drove me away and made me doubting against its adviser's honesty.

Flexkozijnen installed uPVC window frames for us and we are extremely satisfied. The installers did a good job, are proactive, communicate well, and are very inventive. All work proceeded as agreed. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the work Jonathan and Barrie (and Tim for one day) did. They worked meticulously and everything was left tidy. If they encountered any obstacles, they resolved them immediately. Everything was handled in consultation. It was nerve-wracking to have such a large project done, but after just one day, we were confident it would be a success. They clearly enjoyed tackling such a large project and working with a new Keralit color. Nick, the salesperson, clearly explained what was and wasn't possible/necessary. We were able to discuss any doubts with Steven, the surveyor. He measured everything accurately, and the dormer window, all the window frames, screens, and shutters fit perfectly. Contact with Mariel at the office also went smoothly.
