Two years ago, I asked them to install a new central heating boiler. They were supposed to come by, but now they still have to do it. The only thing old Mr. Wilke said was, "You should have called, it'll only take 5 minutes." He then said, "You can do it too, it'll also take 5 minutes." I was very unfriendly. Very unprofessional company: My grandmother contacted Wilke to replace the spout on her sink faucet. On September 21, 2021, a technician came by, but it turned out he didn't have the correct tools, etc., with him. The technician returned the next day with a spout he had taken from the "workbench." I recently received the invoice, and it turns out they charged for both days. The invoice is also very unclear. My uncle then contacted this company and requested an adjustment, to which Mr. Wilke replied: "Yes, just pay €10.00 less, because there was no VAT or call-out charge." Strange story. I called again today to clarify the invoice and received a completely different story from Mr. Wilke. He said my grandmother had placed an incorrect order, which meant the technician had to return the next day. As our last conversation with Mr. Wilke progressed, he started raising his voice and became very unfriendly. His speech also became increasingly unclear, so I ended the call. A top-notch company you can trust. This happened to me Friday evening after 10 PM. A terrible time with the weekend approaching. But Wilke & Zn came by right away Saturday morning to fix it. So happy to have my warm home back!
