Crappy company. Completely inhumane. They send emails to your spam folder. When you then explain that you've had three deaths in your family/circle of friends, causing your life to be turned upside down and therefore not checking your spam folder, they refuse to consider anything. How heartless are you?????????? Never get your insurance here!! Not even worth one star! I prefer genuine, honest people who work with a little sensitivity and humanity!

Excellent service! I accidentally spilled tea on my 1.5-year-old laptop.
