I traveled a full four to five hours for a viewing, which was canceled at the last minute—just 15 minutes before the scheduled time—without any prior notice. The agent was unavailable by phone and didn't leave a clear message. Finally, I received a message from a different number, stating that he had contacted me earlier, which doesn't reflect my experience.
