The man who came to my house asked some rather unusual questions. He asked where my parents lived, and when I refused to give the exact street, he said I was being secretive. Then he said my father lived a street away (which he didn't), plopped down on the couch with the dirty work clothes, commented on the father of my son, whom he found in my house last year, and started talking about my neighbor earning her money on her back. I think that's enough.

The ducts were generally clean and measured. However, the appliance itself wasn't cleaned, nor were the surrounding ducts. The appliance isn't that much work (I do it myself once a year). The filters weren't replaced either. The man also arrived 1.5 hours late without prior notice.
