If I could have given 0 stars, I would. Do not do business with this company. They went through our house like bulldozers. The plasterwork on the stairs leading upstairs is damaged. Two brand-new window sills are peeling off in several places. Our new patio was covered in caulking residue. The stone window sills in the bathroom and attic are damaged. The window frames weren't properly caulked and were damaged. We confronted the employees about this during the work, but the response each time was, "This is for the painter." We also contacted the client about their careless handling of our property. This was supposed to be discussed, but it backfired again, as even more window sills were damaged during the last work. Unfortunately, this company didn't offer a proper solution either. I hope this will warn others and prevent this from happening again.

Unfortunately, we also had some issues that were (partially) resolved with difficulty. Communication could be much better, as you have to call or email about everything. You're a good company if you solve problems. Dick's tip: Request an itemized invoice detailing what you received.

FD Houtbewerking installed new tilt-and-turn windows, frames, doors, and 40 HR++ glass units in our 1930s house, to our complete satisfaction. Beautiful products from your own factory! And the carpenters installed everything very carefully and neatly. We're extremely satisfied. Thanks again.
