Zeid, who led the project, was such a pleasure to work with—professional, patient, and genuinely attentive to our ideas. He went the extra mile to create a detailed plan with a 3D model that made it so easy to visualize our design. Works commenced as agreed within the estimated time, even with unexpected challenges which occurred during the process (i.e. new floor construction). The team was friendly and proactive, thinking along. The project was executed according to provide drawing with minimal differences.
