I recently had a skylight installed in my home. While the installation looked neat at first glance, I've been hearing crackling sounds from the area. It seems like thermal expansion or improper fitting might be the cause. I contacted the company twice, and they did visit, they insisted that everything was fine without offering a real fix or further investigation. It's frustrating as the noise continues and affects our peace of mind. I hope this feedback helps the company look deeper into such issues in the future and be more proactive in helping customers find a long-term solution, not just a surface check. The noise continues, and it’s frustrating that they’re not taking it seriously. I expected better after-sales support and a proper solution — not just a “looks good to us” response. I hope they take responsibility and look into this properly.

FAKRO installed four skylights for us. We were well-informed beforehand about the work (proposed date, duration, and start time). The installation was carried out with care. Afterward, the old skylights were removed, and the work areas were left tidy. We've been using the skylights for several months now and are very pleased with the quality. We highly recommend Fakro.

Our visit to the showroom was pleasant, and we received expert advice, while the friendly expert took his time with us. We received a quote by email that same afternoon, and the next day a technician visited us to assess the feasibility of our plans. This was also expertly conducted and resulted in a new, customized quote, which we immediately accepted. We received excellent service. Now we have to wait about four weeks for our flat glass roof window to be installed. We have every confidence in it.
