We had a very pleasant experience with this real estate agency. Four years ago, when we were house hunting without a buyer's agent, we dealt with them twice. Back then, we were representing the seller. They were by far the best agents we've ever encountered. Finally, someone who takes the time to talk to you. Honest and thorough in their answers. They sense that you want the house. They also come across as friendly and, above all, human. I don't get the impression they're trying to inflate the housing market, although ultimately, it's about what anyone will pay for it. But they're not fools when it comes to real estate. They're also easy to work with, not afraid to crack a joke, but always professional. It's a shame Christine no longer works there, but Wouter is happy. So, we used this agency for the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new one. We're thrilled with this choice. In short: pleasant to work with again, they keep a cool head, are easily accessible, and offer clear and competitive rates. And we're very happy with the photographer they hired! Thank you so much!

Bad experience. Had an appraisal report done. Not customer-friendly, and they made comments about your house. You mention what you're going to renovate and change, but it's not included in the report. And they use references from over four years ago. And they pay a fortune for it. Definitely not recommended...
