Very bad experience! Unprofessional, anti-business approach, inability (or unwillingness) to make and follow anything besides own interests and goals. Very bad communication - always with different person, often not reacting on what you write them, not answering on your comments, proposals, questions. The only one answer you get is: it must be like this because it is how it works in Netherlands - and I later checked with relevant representatives that it is not like this. This company does not understand at all that they should only turn the agreements of the buyer and seller into reality, they act like if they would be buying or selling on their own. Unfortunately, couple of times they lie about what is possible or common. They would easily destruct/ruin the business despite a clear agreement between the seller and buyer just because it is not according to their wishes. Luckily, we communicated on the seller-buyer level and brought the deal to final conclusion. TOP of the TOP was when the co-owner (!!!) wrote stupid sms to my son - this was simply over the red line. There could be mentioned other things, e. g. we agreed on the final meeting prior to go to the notary, us being on time despite living 1.100 km far away and the same co-owner was 10 minutes late despite being from Enschede etc. To use this company is simply a disaster and I strongly do not recommend it!
