Great experience with 365! Oscar and others that handel the calls are understanding and very helpful, and the movers did a good job and they wrap everything for you before moving, also did well on assembly. Highly recommend!

Very poor communication and reliability. They have cancelled the conratct at the house. The service was stressful and the quotes provided were unreasonable given the lack of professionalism. I found a much better alternative for a lower price. I definitely won't be using them again and suggest others compare quotes before booking here.

We had a really good experience with our move. They came to assess how much stuff we had and gave us a fair flexible price. Mo came to move us, and together with my husband was able to finish well under the estimated time. This meant that we paid less than what we expected. Mo is very helpful and friendly and made our move easy and stress free.

This is hands down the worst moving service I’ve ever encountered. They damaged several pieces of my furniture and couldn’t even disassemble certain items, leaving me to clean up their mess. The team was shockingly unprofessional, constantly complaining about my house’s location as if handling moves wasn’t their job. When I pointed out that the work was incomplete and questioned why I should pay the full amount, they started harassing me, even threatening not to leave my house until they were paid in full. On top of all this, they refused to take any responsibility for their mistakes and completely ignored my complaints. Their dismissive and rude attitude made an already stressful experience unbearable. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Editing my review for their recent response: Rather than calling and addressing the actual issues raised in my review, they chose to scrutinize my review history. This approach not only diverts attention from their service flaws but also shows how misplaced their priorities are. A company that values feedback should focus on resolving customer concerns, not analyzing why someone leaves honest reviews. It’s disappointing to see such defensive behavior instead of genuine efforts to improve. Please STAY away from this company at all cost.
