We were referred to Excelsior by our builder. We initially bought curtains and the buying experience was okay but the installation was marginal at best. We had to have someone else come around to redo some of the work that was done…at our own expense. Because our builder initially believed in this business, we tried again with some screens that we wanted installed. The sales service man was infuriatingly indifferent throughout the discussion as if he did not care at all what we needed. And it just went downhill from there. He was suppose to come view our place to ensure the proper fit and again, the experience was marginal at best. Worst still, he never got back to us with an estimate. Our builder called the owner to ask what the problem was and our understanding is that he got a very unfriendly reception from him. The order never got fulfilled!! I rarely write reviews. It is usually when I have an exceptionally good experience or an exceptionally bad experience. This is the only bad review that I have given and this business thoroughly deserves such a bad review!! It is an extremely bad company to work with!!

We ordered blinds for a bathroom and some blinds on the front doors, plus shutters through zonnelux but via Excelsior. We felt that the overall selection of blinds and other window coverings was excellent and a high quality, the overall service was excellent and the fittings of the blinds was super fast! I think we would just call out the time it took from order to getting the blinds was long -which we were made aware- and I think the august holidays didn’t help but on future of there’s a way to be quicker then that would be amazing

Nice place, customer service is friendly and seems prepared knowledgeable. I still have to ask for an offer but there are good chances that I will place my order here

Excelsior sun protection, a company I've known for 50 years! I just received two roller shutters for the windows on the gallery side of my apartment building. They're perfectly quiet and feel very safe. They have efficient, excellent technicians who know what they're doing. 👍🏻 I also ordered Duette sun protection, which is unique because it can be adjusted to a high, low, or mid-height position. It's truly fantastic. So, Excelsior is highly recommended by many. 🙏😀
