The makelaar was the selling agent of an apartment I bought recently. And I can easily say they are not professional at all. Some things they did: 1. They did not deliver the apartment as was stated in the contract and said ( I didn't notice) 2. They accused us of breaking a tap while doing the inspection. 3. Everytime we argue about something they day don't talk to me talk to the owner. I would not recommend them representing you.
