I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the experience in the showroom was good, and the installation was rather smooth (although it had to be rescheduled because the first time the technician didn't manage to come). But when I finally received the invoice, the price was some 60 EUR higher than what was agreed. When I pointed that out, I received a second invoice with partial reduction - but with no explanation or apologies

I went to buy a small shower and agreed on the price for installation at the moment of buying. I then received a factuur the double of the amount because they didn’t mention the “voorrijkosten” which are travel expenses... I live 450m from the shop. When I highlighted the problem I was replied in an unfriendly way, no compromise suggested. I will never use their services anymore even if in the past I had good experience, a pity and big disappointment!

From sales to installation a perfectly completed job done. After sales for questions and support have proven essential and my experience was all very good.

Marc used to always service our boiler, but now that Everts has stopped doing maintenance, we were looking for a new company. Luckily, we heard through the grapevine that he now does maintenance for Brakel Plumbing in Hillegom. He recently came by for maintenance again, which was great!
