I have ordered a window frame for our bedroom. Got an appointment from Michel in the same week and the same day I received the quote. It was not the cheapest but still they were open about the details of the offer so we approved it. After the approval of the quote, the monteur came and checked the window and when we signed the deal he gifted us a nice wine. After 1-2 weeks I received the montage date and they were quite open and communicative during the process. Every time I called them I got a good answer on the process. A week before they called me again to confirm the date and hour. On the date 2 nice and polite monteurs came and did a perfect job despite the heavy rain. We're very happy with the outcome. I ordered a sliding door for my garden and ended up with a huge sliding window. The "door" doesn't have a handle/lock on the outside so if I want to smoke or barbeque in the garden someone from the inside of the house has to open the "door" for me. You should he able to open/close a door from both sides. Now I'm stuck with a huge window. The product is of good quality but it's definitely not worth losing your freedom.

First of all, the on-site appointment was very pleasant. They clearly stated our options and the additional costs for certain choices. Communication about the invoices and the appointment was also excellent. We received timely confirmation of the installation appointment. On the day itself, they even called half an hour before arriving to let us know they were on their way. The installation was excellent and quick. The window frames are of good quality, look solid, and come with a 5-point lock, which gives us a very safe feeling when we leave the house. The frosted glass is also perfect, allowing sufficient light to pass through while still providing privacy. I'm very pleased with the finish. The solid foam panels were neatly sealed, and the damage to the plasterwork was minimal, so very little repair work is required. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and definitely recommended!
