Since my previous review was deleted by Eshuis, I'm adding it again. We've been Eshuis customers for years, and I feel I have the right to share my experience with the Netherlands. That's what this review page is for, I believe. This organization made a mistake in their system, a mistake I couldn't have made because their system simply doesn't allow it. Initially, they acknowledged the error, but they deemed compensation for the damages (approximately €2,000) inapplicable. When I left a review through Google, I suddenly received a letter stating that the entire fault was mine. However, I can prove that this isn't the case. I'll keep it brief this time so my review isn't deleted by Google again. We're all human, and mistakes can happen. However, correct them, acknowledge your mistake, and find a solution. Besides this mistake, we've received incorrect and unwarranted invoices in the past. We agreed on a price, but were still charged extra. Feel free to contact me; I can provide proof of my history with Eshuis that this was done this way. Even though Eshuis handles your payroll, you'll still need to check everything thoroughly every month. You remain responsible, even if they make a mistake.
