Very poor communication about repair costs. Note: initially (after complaining, the invoice was revised) they tried to charge as much as possible. Even the mechanic's hourly rate is included in the "call-out time." They also charge the maximum distance to the location for each appointment, even though the mechanic could have had the appointment at a neighbor's, so to speak. You might think that if he had to return to the location every time, everything would be easy to plan. That's not the case, because they don't even provide a "day estimate"; we were called half an hour beforehand. The mechanic, however, did his job competently and relatively quickly, hence the 2 stars. Correction: the revised invoice has already been revised... "Forgot the call-out mileage"... *sigh*
