After a very bad experience with our heat pump installer, Engeltherm stepped in and helped us out tremendously. Although the costs were higher than we had anticipated, we are very satisfied because the communication and service were excellent, and they went out of their way to resolve all the issues and problems. Even before any major renovations were required, Engeltherm was willing to provide a maintenance contract for a heat pump they hadn't installed. Communication with the office was also smooth and efficient. All in all, we would highly recommend Engeltherm.

A very positive experience. The technicians are skilled, neat, and efficient. The air conditioning was perfectly installed and works perfectly. The quote was clear and transparent, and the price was fair. Communication was also pleasant and fast. A reliable company with true professionals 👍

Jan from Engeltherm Oost came here (Nijmegen region) to take measurements. I actually had quite a few requirements ;) And I was thinking, wouldn't a local installer be more convenient? Well, NO, I now have a better and more extensive installation and a sharper price. One requirement was: as few pipes as possible on the inner and outer walls. I had done some preliminary work and the 2 technicians did a fantastic job, and the result is impressive! I give more than 5 stars for service! I had a small problem and after a phone call we couldn't figure it out, because my installation didn't actually show any faults. This was Friday afternoon! By Monday afternoon, a technician was already at my doorstep who solved the problem very quickly. Engeltherm Oost is definitely highly recommended. .

Very neat company. Good communication about the price and can respond quickly to changes. Technicians are always good too. The installation was very neatly arranged and we thought along with you about the best solution for installation indoors. Very pleased with Engeltherm, both professionally and privately

Great company! They were particularly good at providing personalized advice upfront, a clear quote, and excellent value for money. They were especially helpful in perfectly concealing the exterior pipework in the shape of a downspout, which turned out beautifully!
