We recently had a Daikin Altherma 3 heat pump installed by John and his son Dylan and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, they were professional, careful, and clearly took pride in their work. The installation was done to a very high standard, and everything has been working exactly as it should. After the job was completed they came back to check everything again and made sure the system was running 100% perfectly. They charged a fair price for the quality of work they delivered, highly recommended.

The first time John came by was to discuss air conditioning for the home office and, eventually, a hybrid heat pump. So I was looking for a local company that could do both. My first impression was excellent: they were helpful, honest, patient, and extremely friendly. Based on that first impression and the quote, I chose Enereco. I haven't regretted it for a moment. In the meantime, John and Dylan have: - Installed air conditioning - Replaced the gas boiler and prepared for the arrival of the hybrid heat pump - Installed the hybrid heat pump - Installed three low-temperature radiators in the kids' bedrooms The situation was somewhat complex because there's a solar water heater, underfloor heating was already installed, and the replacement of the gas boiler suddenly needed to be done quickly, while the hybrid heat pump arrived later. That required a fair amount of thought and pipework from John, but always well-considered and patient. John and Dylan are great guys to have around, work neatly, are very flexible, and are highly skilled. The service level is excellent. Highly recommended!
