Introductie
Elk Geveltechniek is een flexibel en professioneel bedrijf, gespecialiseerd in: gevelreiniging, gevelrestauratie, gevelonderhoud, specialistisch voegwerk en hydrofoberen. Wij beheersen alle aspecten van het vak zoals voegen, metselen, impregneren, reinigen, stralen, uithakken etc. van uw gevels en muren.
Elk Geveltechniek heeft meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in het vak. Ons werkgebied beslaat met name het Groene Hart, maar ook andere delen van Zuid-Holland, Utrecht en de rest Nederland zijn ons niet vreemd.
Voor de grotere (ver)bouwprojecten werken wij samen met bouwpartners uit de regio die dezelfde filosofie aanhangen als wij; het leveren van kwaliteit voor een scherpe prijs.

We bought a 1930s house seven years ago. We had several companies come to repoint our house. We then approached each facade technician and had a good conversation with the owner, Mimoen. He has a lot of knowledge of such old houses, and we ultimately chose him, and he surprised us with the price. He did a truly excellent job. He used two beautiful colors for the repointing, just like the original new construction of the house. We've received many positive comments from people in the village. About the final result

In 2016, we bought a house with a facade in poor condition. Due to extensive ivy and frost damage, this was absolutely necessary. The house was built in 1946. We requested several quotes and immediately had the good feeling about Mimoen. He's a reliable professional who speaks enthusiastically and knowledgeable about his craft and the possibilities. Mimoen and his colleagues ultimately cleaned the facade, removed mortar joints, replaced broken bricks, repointed, replaced window sills, and sealed them. All with a very beautiful and neat result. Mimoen is also a friendly and loyal man. We highly recommend Elk Facade Technology to anyone who wants neat and tidy work at a reasonable price.

Disappointing. I called him weeks ago about some worried cracks in my facade. He promised to come by that week for an inspection. I haven't heard anything since, and no one has come by. Then I contacted him again to ask why he hasn't been by. "Well, too busy," I got the answer without him even letting me know. I already thought that was rude, but anyway, I asked him again if he could come by. He promised. And again, nothing: no one came by, no call about it, nothing. Apparently, I'm not important enough, or does he already know he can't make enough money from me? I find it rather arrogant to not come by at all twice and not even contact him. But I'm done with it now, and I'll look for a company that can actually keep its promises. Such a shame.
