After a consultation, I opted for solar panels and a home battery. I had to wait a bit longer than expected for installation, but communication was always excellent! Due to delivery issues, they offered a larger battery for the same price. Fantastic! After that, everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently by the installation team! We recently had solar panels installed by Elektromakers. Their advice was expert and gave us a good impression. The quote was/seemed competitive. The installation appointment took a while, and communication after the quote was slow. The software delivery was also delayed. The installation was neat (on the roof), but the meter box could have been a bit neater. The pre-agreed wiring agreements didn't seem to be received by the installers. It turned out that the installation work took considerably less time than budgeted (the estimate was over a day, but in reality, they were finished in 2.5 hours – that's a factor of 3). This obviously didn't give us a good feeling about the quoted costs compared to the actual costs, but the company refused to address this. It's a shame, because I feel I paid too much.

We had solar panels and a new meter box installed by them. We are very satisfied with the solar panels and the communication with Remy. Unfortunately, we had many problems with the meter box, and communication with Michael, the owner, is very poor; when you complain to him, he doesn't respond and doesn't respond to anything.
