We had a garden canopy made and installed. Our experience: They were proactive and provided excellent advice. Delivery was exactly as agreed. The work was carried out with great precision; everything looked fantastic, and they carefully checked for any leaks, mechanical issues, and other issues, ensuring a flawless delivery. The fitters, John and Dominique, and their driver, Eric, are very professional and courteous to their customers. Their demeanor is unassuming, they communicate clearly, and they're still very efficient! Compliments! I can add a free consultation; communication from the office could be improved, as return calls are often forgotten, even though they are scheduled. The same could be said for providing an estimated arrival time for the fitters, who are facing parking issues. After all, they arrive with large equipment, heavy beams, and glass, and therefore need to be able to park right in front of the door. This company deserves a review. All the window frames and exterior doors in our house were replaced with aluminum. All the flashings were also replaced with bluestone. A considerate company that considers your personal situation. They work neatly and beautifully. Problems are resolved quickly and efficiently. Absolutely recommended!
