For my nieuwbouw project, I chose Eigenhuis and their showroom located in Capelle. During my first appointment, I was welcomed by Mrs. Petra Haans. As this was my first experience with kitchen installation, I had many doubts, questions, and concerns. She helped me as much as possible and took every concern of mine into account. I am very grateful to her—she is a friendly, helpful, and dedicated professional. I had my second appointment yesterday to decide on colours and materials. I am very satisfied and happy with her service, as Mrs. Petra has done and continues to do her best to assist me and incorporate all of my wishes. She even stayed a bit late to help me complete my choices. Many thanks, Mrs. Petra; your help, support, advice, and understanding are greatly appreciated. In addition to the great service and positive attitude provided by Mrs. Petra, I also received a plasma-made air cleaner and a cooking book as a gift. I am very thankful for these thoughtful gifts. As the project will be completed in April 2027, I will add my experience regarding the quality and settlement procedure after one year and two months.

I had a very pleasant experience at Eigenhuis Keukens with Wilko. I viewed various kitchen examples in the showroom and then discussed the customization options in details. I made my personal choices regarding the materials, colours, handles, kitchen model, and appliances. Upon my request, a 3D model was created to showcase my custom design, along with a price breakdown. Thank you very much, and greetings from Italy!

We were in the market looking for a new kitchen to our new build apartment and since Eigenhuis Keukens Capelle is the partner company of the project, we decided to try them first. What a great experience. Marcel helped us throughout the whole process of designing our kitchen and he really took his time to listen to our needs and help us pick all the details. We were positively surprised by the amount of help we’ve got and we’re happy with the final design. One big plus to the company is that they don’t aggressively push the customers to close the deal. No such things as “it’s a one time offer, you need to sign it today”. They help us as much as possible, make their offer, and let us decide, no pressure or strings attached. This was the cherry on top.
